Cancellation Policies:
Our ecotourism company is committed to providing our customers with an unforgettable and safe travel experience. However, we understand that unforeseen events can happen and, therefore, we have established a cancellation policy to ensure that our customers have fair and transparent options should they need to cancel their reservation.

Customer cancellation:
1.1.If the customer wants to cancel his reservation, he must inform our company in writing, via email or the contact form on our website. 1.2. The refund of the amount paid will be made according to the cancellation period:

Up to 30 days before the start of the tour: full refund of the amount paid;

Between 29 and 15 days before the start of the tour: 50% refund of the amount paid;

Less than 15 days before the start of the tour: no refund.

Cancellation by the operator:
2.1. Our ecotourism company reserves the right to cancel a tour in case of situations that may affect the safety of customers or make it unfeasible. 2.2. If cancellation is required by our company, the customer will be informed immediately and will have the following options:

Reschedule the date of the tour at no additional cost;

Receive a voucher to use on another tour offered by our ecotourism company;

Request a full refund of the amount paid.

Customer Absence:
3.1. If the customer does not show up on the day and time scheduled for the tour, without prior written notice, there will be no refund of the amount paid. -
Reservation changes:
4.1. If the customer wants to change the date of the tour, he can do so at no additional cost at least 15 days before the start of the tour. 4.2. If the customer wants to change the date of the tour less than 15 days in advance, our company will do its best to accommodate the request, but does not guarantee availability and may charge additional fees if there are extra costs.
When making the reservation, the customer declares to be aware of and agree with the cancellation policy of our ecotourism company. Any questions can be clarified through our contact on our website or telephone number available in our communication materials.

Terms and Conditions of our Services Provided
Chapada Velha Service Agreement
This Ecotourism Services Agreement is entered into between the Chapada Velha ecotourism operator and the contracting client.

Services: The Operator undertakes to provide the Customer with ecotourism services, including transportation, accommodation, food and ecotourism activities, as specified in the itinerary provided by the Operator.

Payment: The Client agrees to pay the full price for the ecotourism services provided by the Tour Operator. Payment will be made in accordance with the payment terms agreed between the Operator and the Customer. Failure to pay within the established period may result in the cancellation of the Client's reservation.

Changes and Cancellations: The Tour Operator reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to force majeure, such as weather conditions, transport problems or closure of attractions. The Tour Operator will endeavor to provide the Customer with a comparable alternative itinerary.
The Customer may cancel the reservation at any time before the start date of the ecotourism services. However, the Operator may withhold a cancellation fee in accordance with established cancellation policies.

Liability The Tour Operator is not liable for any loss, injury or damage suffered by the Client while providing the ecotourism services, unless such loss, injury or damage is caused by the Operator's negligence.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that he/she is in good physical and mental shape to participate in the ecotourism activities provided by the Tour Operator.

Governing Law This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil. Any dispute arising out of this Agreement will be resolved exclusively by the Brazilian courts.

Acceptance By booking the Operator's ecotourism services, the Client acknowledges that he has read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
